SynopsisDuring a conflict, have you ever felt like you were speaking a different language? Most of our daily miscommunications arise from a tendency to judge rather than to lean back into connection.
In this introductory workshop to Nonviolent Communication (NVC) led by Tan Yi Han and Mayuko Vermeulen, you will learn the foundational tools of this framework developed by Marshall Rosenberg. Pick up new skills to express your feelings and needs more clearly, to better understand what the other person really wants, and gain insights into how identifying universal human needs can de-escalate tension and lead to more effective requests. Let’s learn how to handle difficult conversations with more clarity and less stress!
